Officials of the Caprine Ridge Road homeowners association have decided:

Law Change: Sewage Lagoons

In late fall of 2008, the Caprine Ridge Road Homeowners Association voted that sewage lagoons on Caprine Ridge Road no longer need to be fenced. It was also voted that leaking lagoons are henceforth acceptable. The owners at 1676 Caprine Ridge have decided to take advantage of this new association ruling and have removed the fence around their lagoon. This is an official covenant.
